A little about Me...

On a journey of reinvestment!

I am a former senior finance professional looking to reinvest my skills in a people helping role.

I have been interested in people, their stories, and what makes people ‘tick’ since my teenage years.

With experience in the corporate sector and 15+ years as a Finance Professional, I bring a wealth of experience in career building, relationship management, transitioning and so much more.

I supported my teams with active listening, authenticity, sound knowledge, and strategic thinking. I am passionate about seeing my teams succeed. I bring that energy to my coaching clients. I am invested in seeing your success.

I took a break from the corporate world to reset, and raise my 3 boys, full time. This life change brought about the pivot I didn’t even know I needed…I found amazing opportunities and much learning in professional coaching. 

I am a Certified Coaching professional (ACSTH, ICF), working towards additional coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation (ACC, ICF).

I have been building authentic relationships professionally for 20 years. I look forward to being your success partner on your journey forward.

When I’m not coaching, I find joy in keeping myself physically healthy, finding a new trail to hike, binging a good show, cooking up a fantastic meal (or better yet, dining out and having one made for me!) getting wonderfully lost in a great book, or at a hockey arena watching one of my 3 boys play (you may even find me on the ice too!).
